One of the EFBI objectives is to provide a long-term support of international research, teaching and organizational activities of the Corporate Governance and European Integration Network (CGEUI). The activities include organizing summer schools, workshops and seminars, carrying out research of recent trends in corporate development, working on publications of European corporate governance studies (e.g. books, discussion papers), updating company ownership and financial datasets on listed and unlisted firms in European countries, supporting of the CGEUI website (www.cgeui.eu) and uploading updated information, publications, datasets and the like, and others.
Preparing the book “European Corporation” for submission to Cambridge University Press, book promotion, marketing and the like.
