The project is based on the long-term existing informal consortia of international players on corporate governance and investment (mostly focusing on US, Western Europe and Japan) with a founder and chair Dennis Mueller.

The CGEUI network will extend the existing rich academic and practical knowledge on corporate governance proposing further research on European corporate governance.
The proposed teaching agenda is based on project partners research and the up-to-date methodologies in the field of applied research on corporate governance.
The proposed seminars and summer schools focus on key issues of European integration and corporate governance institutions in the EU members states.
